Fellowship Opportunities
Book Clubs: Three book groups meet monthly on a Sunday evening to enjoy fellowship and discuss the book choice for that month. Contact the Church office for more information.
Coffee Chat: Join clergy and a small group of parishioners at 5013 Coffee located in Heath for a morning of casual conversation and fellowship at 10 am on 1st and Third Monday mornings.
Dinner for Eight
Parishioners sign up to rotate hosting dinner groups among longtime and newcomer parishioners. It is an outstanding means for newcomers to get to know others over meals in the environment of private homes. The groups are renewed about every 4 months. For married couples and singles alike!
Fellowship Ministries
Events and Receptions: The Events and Receptions ministry is comprised of a team of dedicated individuals who are responsible for the coordination, planning, design and set-up for a variety of church-wide events and special projects within the calendar year. The events ministry strives to organize fun and entertaining celebrations that foster growth and fellowship among the members of the church family and the community such as our annual Oktoberfest and chili cookoff. We are always looking for volunteers with a talent for entertaining!
Greeters: Visitors and members alike are greeted at the door by the friendly face of one or more of our members who have volunteered to be involved with the Greeter Ministry of the parish. Additionally, they identify newcomers and present them with a special welcome package. Contact Sally Meek for more information.
Welcome Committee: Activities to insure visitors return and newcomers become involved.
